The 2100 microscope operates a LaB6 source and is equipped with an Oxford instrument 80mm thin window EDS detector and a Gatan Orius CCD camera.
This microscope is a good entry level TEM microscope, which is used for teaching student undergraduate students as well as a very capable research microscope.
